Yes, you’ll need to make a reservation for each time your dog comes to stay, but it is very simple. Give us a call, email or just drop by. We can usually accommodate last-minute reservations but do let us know as soon as possible. There is a charge for not canceling within 24 hours unless your spot is filled.

The purpose of the interview is to make sure all the dogs are able to play together in a group. This is also a great way for your dog to be introduced to our staff and facility. It's a lot to take in for them, so this interview makes sure they know us and our facility before they come to stay. There is no charge for the interview.

We have two different indoor areas as well as an outdoor play area. We make adjustments throughout the day as different dogs come to play or get tired throughout the day. This is to make sure each group of dogs is safe, happy and able to get the most out of group play.

No. Dogs are under constant supervision from our staff when you leave them with us until when you pick them up. Our top priority is to make sure they’re safe and having fun.

Although we do our best to minimize any injuries during normal play, a dog may get small scratches, nicks or lose small patches of fur.

Just like a child may fall down and scrape their knee during recess, the same goes for dogs. Although rare, it’s possible for more serious injuries to occur.

First, we try to redirect the dog's focus to another activity. If rough play, mounting or excessive barking continue, we’ll remove them from the playgroup and take them for a 10-minute walk outside. This allows them to get out some of that extra energy and provides some one-on-one time with our staff. This is usually enough to deter the dog from repeating the behavior.

If the behavior persists, we’ll put them on a 30-minute time out and have them lay down in our office in the dark with music playing. This further helps them to calm down by having some quiet time away from the playgroup. If the behavior repeats despite our efforts, we’ll notify you and discuss a plan of action to avoid conflict in the future.
